FAQ about online tests

Q Will I be able to access my online tests as soon as I have paid?
A As soon as your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your online tests.

Q I never received any email after I purchased the online test. Where do I go to access the online test?
A Firstly, please check your junk/spam mail folder to ensure the email we sent you did not end up there.  If the email is not there, you need to save the UMAT email address (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) in your address book, because some email providers aggressively block emails.  Adding us to your address book generally solves the problem. You can access the online tests here.

Q Can I save the online test on my desktop and view it offline?
A No, you will need to be logged in to your account to use the online tests.

Q Do I need to access the online tests by a certain date? Is there an expiry date for the tests?
A You have 12 months’ access to view the online test from the date of purchase and you can access the online test anytime within these 12 months.

Q  If I bought the e-books in 2011 do I need to buy the online tests?
A UMAT Additional Practice Questions is a new publication released in June 2013. UMAT Practice Test 1 is included with the UMAT2013 registration. This online test is an updated edition of the UMAT Practice Test first published in 2008. UMAT Practice Test 2 was first published in 2010. Since 2011, 12 questions have been added to each test. The online versions of Practice Test 1 and Practice Test 2 are otherwise the same as the 2011 e-books.
