UMAT Research

In 2009 the UMAT Consortium introduced a program to provide funding for research that enhances the knowledge and understanding of the Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admission Test (UMAT) and the role of UMAT in the selection of students wishing to pursue a career in the health professions.

ACER and The University of Western Australia carried out a review of the UMAT test construct and content as part of our quality assurance processes. A copy of the Executive Summary prepared for the UMAT Consortium is available to the public and can be downloaded below.
